Jonathan Majors was arrested Saturday after responding to a 911 call at an apartment in the Chelsea neighborhood of New York City, the NYPD said in a statement. The Hollywood Reporter.
“During preliminary investigation, it was found that a 33-year-old man was involved in a domestic dispute with a 30-year-old woman,” the DCPI statement said. “The victim informed the police that she was assaulted. Officers took the 33-year-old man into custody without incident. The victim suffered minor head and neck injuries and was taken to an area hospital in stable condition.
According to the spokesperson, the actor was arrested on charges of strangulation, assault and harassment.
