Johnny Depp interrogation: Kate Moss testified that he did not push himself down any stairs

“He went to Whitney, and I heard a rumor, a vague rumor about it,” Heard testified on May 17.

On Wednesday, Moss testified under oath that the rumor was false – that the couple had traveled to Jamaica during their relationship, and that at one point during the trip, it rained and Moss fell down the stairs and injured his back. .

“We were leaving the room. Johnny left the room before I could do it. It was raining. When I left the room I slipped on the stairs and injured my back,” Moss said. “I screamed because I did not know what had happened. I was in pain. He ran back to help me and took me to my room for medical help.”

Depp’s lawyer Moss asked if Depp had ever been pushed down the stairs during their relationship.

“No. He never pushed, kicked or threw me down the stairs,” Moss testified.

Moss was not cross-examined by Heard’s legal team.

Hert has filed a $ 100 million lawsuit against Depp, alleging that allegations that he was abused by Depp were “hoaxes” and that his lawyer’s statements defamed him and caused him to lose his job.
