Jake Paul is set for the toughest test of his young boxing career when he takes on Anderson Silva on Saturday night. The social media star and UFC legend meet in the main event of the Showtime pay-per-view event from the Gila River Arena in Glendale, Arizona.
Paul is 5-0 as a professional boxer and has defeated three UFC fighters in his previous wins, defeating Ben Askren and former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley by decision and knockout in a rematch. Neither Askren nor Woodley have Silva’s pedigree as one of the best strikers in UFC history. Silva also holds a 3-1 boxing record that includes a notable win over former middleweight world champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr.
