Ricky Hatton is  leaving no stone unturned, while in preparations for his up coming super fight with pound for pound champion, Manny Pacquaio. Today, he went "at it"  with former amateur welterweight world champion,  Erislandy Lara, [4-0, 3 KOs].

     Lara defected from his home country of Cuba and now lives and fights out of Hamburg, Germany, under Arena Box promotions. He is scheduled to be fighting on the undercard of Hatton vs Pacquaio, against an opponent to be announced.

    Hatton's people have done well, securing Lara's services, as he is a tremendously fast and skilled southpaw boxer/puncher, with a wealth of experience, albeit amateur, and from what we have seen of him, he should be a major force at  junior middleweight.
