The Buffalo Run Casino in Miami, Oklahoma hosted tonight's ShoBox card. The night began with super middleweights Allan Green and one half of the "Chin Checkers" Jaidon Codrington. The bell rang to start the first round and it takes only 18 seconds for the Chin Checker to become the Chin Checked, as he laid motionless, hanging from the bottom rope.

However, it was after the fight when the real drama began, as the ring suddenly became flooded by people who rushed the Codrington's corner, where he still laid unconscious. It didn't take long for tempers to flare, and skirmishes broke out in the ring. One member of Codrington's entourage was on the ground while a police officer held him in a neck choke that any UFC fighter would be proud of. While all this was going on, Codrington still had many unnecessary people surrounding him while the ring doctor and paramedics tried to work on the fallen boxer who still appeared to be unconscious.  After a few more pushing and shouting matches that looked to have landed one person in cuffs ended, Codrington was finally lifted out of the ring on a stretcher.

With the first round knockout Allan Green improves his record to 18-0 (12 KO's) while Jaidon Codrington falls to 9-1 (9 KO's).  We at Braggingrightscorner.com would like to wish Jaidon Codrington a speedy and healthy recovery.

The main event featured Sechew Powell vs Archak TerMeliksetian in a 10 round Jr. Middleweight bout. From the start it was clear Powell was the more skilled of the two, while TerMeliksetian had the edge in power. The fight belonged to Powell when the men stood in the center of the ring,  allowing Powell to use his boxing skills to land punches and slip TerMeliksetians.' But when TerMeliksetian pushed Powell to the ropes it appeared he had the edge. Powell always managed to fight his way off the ropes and escape any real danger. A few of the rounds were tough to score, with both men doing solid work, but it was Powell that seemed to land the better punches. In the end all three judges saw it in favor of Powell with the scores of 97-93 twice and 100-90. With the victory Sechew Powell improves to 18-0 (11 KO's) while Archak TerMeliksetian falls to 15-3 (12 KO's).
