AUDLEY HARRISON MAKES 'HEAVYWEIGHT' STATEMENT WITH BIG TKO WIN OVER ROBERT WIGGINS |

All Audley “A-Force” Harrison (19-0, 14KOs) has to do is fight like he did tonight—recording a fourth round technical knock out victory over a game Robert Wiggins (20-5-1, 12KOs)—to continue to show why he feels confident proclaiming himself the future world heavyweight champion. “I feel great and ready to conquer the division,” said Harrison. “Robert Wiggins came to fight and he has been the distance with top contenders so I am very pleased to be the first person to stop him legitimately inside the distance.”
Harrison appeared as the main event on the Night of the Best Damn Olympians Period (Best Damn Sports Show Period) as the fight was shown live in America on Fox Sports Net national sports cable network. Harrison went to work early establishing his jab that continued to work for him throughout the fight. Although Wiggins was trying to work his way inside, Harrison slowly but deliberately continued to use his jab to set up the straight left hand which effectively landed on Wiggins throughout the rounds. As the fight continued, Harrison stuck to his plan, using lateral movement and feints to add to his already working strategy. Harrison came out strong in the fourth round landing a short right hook followed by a straight left hand that drove Wiggins to the canvas for an eight count. Wiggins was able to recover but Harrison quickly jumped on his hurt opponent delivering a combination of punches including an uppercut and more left hands. Although the round ended Wiggins was unable to continue going into the fifth.
“I felt really comfortable tonight and was able to use my boxing skills to come out early and establish my jab and take it right to him.” said Harrison. “My left hand was working for me all night and I felt it was only a matter of time before it was going to do the damage it did.”
Harrison will take a short break to marry his fiancée Rachel Feder in Jamaica next week before he continues to climb the heavyweight ladder. “I’ll take on all comers because I know I am the best the division has to offer,” said Harrison. “It won’t be long until I am on sitting on the mountain top.”
