JOHNSON WIN A SHOBOX SLAPSTICK

The FNF Sho-Box heavyweight laugher from Augusta, GA was more slapstick than serious future consideration - Kevin Johnson enters at undefeated 15 wins with 6 via knockout - main event opponent Damian Wills coming off loss to Chris Arreola arrives at 22-1, 16 KOs.

So much for résumés … Johnson of left-jab fame had things all his way as Wills appeared more in search of a road map than a spot among the top ten rankings of the alphabet groupies of your choice.

Not a chance, as a quicker, slicker and more confident Johnson shook off the opening stanza jitters, and choreographed the action from round two on - scoring went Johnson 100-91, 99-91, 99-91 for a walk in the park unanimous decision victory - my unofficial saw it Johnson 99-91 and 9-1 in round by round scoring.

Post Scripts: Kevin Johnson (16-0, 6) ~ age 27 - modus operandi is quick flicker jabs and trickery - more performer than serious heavyweight threat. But does have confidence and fast hands. Needs facing upgrade in opposition levels before jury selections begin.
Damian Wills ( 22-2, 16) ~ age 27 - much too many leaks to be patched before any serious evaluation can begin. Resumé speaks with crooked tongue.
