It's old news by now ... the yesterday ESPN2 "No Joke" Stewart third round KO of slippin'-n-slidin' age 34 Terron Millett ... meeting was a short one that pretty much went as choreographed.

No knock on "No Joke" ... the kid from New Castle, Delaware, a construction worker by day, pugilistic hit man after dark, worked from the blue print from start to finish.

Good opening candle ... used the perimeter with an effective jab... bing, bing, bing ... backed it with quick right hand and occasional left hook to the body ... musta noticed the Millett slow reaction time ... come round two takes it to the inside ... quickens pace scoring with hooks to body and head.

Then candle three ... knockout at 57 seconds mark ... courtesy of big straight right hand.

Ok, the kid goes to 33-1-2 with 16 stops ... nice resume ... but that post fite ringside chat with Teddy Atlas, and shoutin' for Gatti date, sounds here like a bit of a stretch ... plenty other takers out there for a better read on Stewart.

For starters, maybe HBO would go for a "No Joke" pairing with the kid from Manchester, England ... that Ricky Hatton body snatcher that delivers like there's no tomorrow ... then the winner can undergo one of them MRI things ... if all still intact they search out another reasonable foe.

I mean, what's the rush here anyway?

And how about that Atlas protégé they call the Kosovo kid ... Elvir Muriqi ... Atlas has him in there with a pugilistic semi-cadaver named James Crawford ... maybe Teddy still hasn't gotten over the Grant debacle ... not taking any chances with Elvir baby that's a given.

Muriqi showed decent power ... Crawford showed for pay check ... I mean this guy falls when hit ... when almost hit ... even a feint has him on the deck.

Enuf said ... TKO at 2:39 of round four ... Crawford confused enough he's rubbing wrong set of ribs while calling it a no-mas. Banged on right side he rubs left side ... gimme break ... guy is same age 34 that Terron is ... maybe they'll consider joining hands and skipping off into the pugilistic sunset.

Was a scheduled four round fill-in ... Daniel Edouard vs. Earl Allen ... Allen enters with ugly resume of 11-16-2 with uno KO ... I mean, 29 prior bouts with a single knockout?

No surprises here ... Edouard tosses a four round shutout ... also tosses punches in bunches ... is second peek I had of him ... gonna be fun to watch, kiddo is now 12-0 with seven whacks.
