It appears that
EBU super middleweight champ Cristian Sanavia will defend
the title against Dane Mads Larsen in March in Germany or
in April in Denmark. Both are promoted by Sauerland Event.
There are no official comments. Sanavia was set to face
Danil Haussler in a rematch of their draw in December of
last year but Haussler is injured and has been forced to
withdraw.
Johny Jensen will
defend the EBU cruiser title in April or early May most
likely in Marseille against French challenger Jean Marc
Monrose with AMI Production promoting. Monrose tunes up
this weekend against Hungarian Zoltan Peto.
Spanish
lightweight Juan Carlos Diaz and stable mate Petr Petrov,
a jr. lightweight, headline a small club show in Madrid
tomorrow night February 9.
Fighter
Promotions stages a show in Moscow February 24 headlined
by unbeaten jr. welterweight Timur Gimaev.
Ugandan based in
Sweden lightweight Sam Rukundo will now face Russian
Aleksander Saltykov tomorrow night in Aabysundby on a
Robert Larsen promotion. Female bantamweight Anita
Christensen is in against Slovakian Petra Jachmanova.
