UNDEFEATED ELISEO CASTILLO FACES MICHAEL MOORER JULY 3 ON SHOWTIME FROM AMERICANAIRLINES ARENA IN MIAMI |

Michael Moorer, former two-time
heavyweight champion
has been added to the July 3 Showtime Championship Boxing extravaganza at AmericanAirlines
Arena in Miami, Florida.
Moorer (46-3-1, 36 KOs), who is promoted by Warrior's Boxing of
Hollywood, Florida, will clash with undefeated Cuban heavyweight Eliseo
Castillo (17-0-1, 14 KOs) of Fort Lauderdale-based Team Freedom in the
co-feature and televised opener.
In the second co-main event, former WBA junior-lightweight champion
and 1992 Olympic gold medalist Joel "El Cepillo" Casamayor (30-2, 19 KOs) fights NABO
featherweight champion Daniel Seda of Puerto Rico (20-1-1, 16 KOs). Both
co-features are non-title 10-round fights.
Eliseo
Castillo is the younger brother of WBC No. 15 heavyweight contender, Elieser.
He might be the best kept secret in the division, boasting of five first-round, three second-round and three third-round
knockouts in 18 pro fights.
The card is a combined promotional effort between Team Freedom
Promotions, Northeast Promotions and Cedric Kushner Promotions and will
feature a musical performance by Tito Puente Jr.
Tickets are $250, $150, $100, $50, $25 and available at the Arena box
office and Ticketmaster outlets.
